| Duties/Responsibilities | |
| Duties include: Daily Care: Cleaning litter boxes, feeding and watering cats, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Observation and Interaction: Monitoring cat behaviour, providing enrichment activities, and interacting with the cats to ensure they are happy and healthy. Adoption Support: Assisting potential adopters with questions and information about the cats, and preparing them for the adoption process. Customer Service: Greeting and Assisting Customers: Providing a warm welcome and assisting customers with their needs, whether it’s ordering drinks, finding a comfortable seat, or learning about the cats. Ensuring a Safe Environment: Supervising interactions between customers and cats to ensure safety and prevent any accidents or discomfort for the animals. Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering questions about the cats, the cafe, and adoption processes. Cafe Operations: Preparing Drinks: Making coffee, tea, and other beverages for customers. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and tidy cafe environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and restrooms. Stocking Supplies: Keeping shelves stocked with necessary products for customers. Cash Handling: Assisting with cash register duties, if applicable. | |
