We are seeking a motivated and organized Trainee Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, develop key administrative skills, and grow within the organization. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks. | |
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the office teams including Sales, Planning and Operations Assist in handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both digital and physical). Support data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies and place orders when needed. Greet visitors and provide assistance when required. Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks. Learn and use office software and systems efficiently. Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information. | |
Key Skills & Requirements: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed. |
