Summary of Work Start Scheme Placement Opportunity
Working for a small team helping in the Hospice Head office in St Asaph. This is a new Role within The Hospice.
Duties, Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work within the team to deliver administration and Social Media duties. We would like someone who can confidently use the telephone, taking messages and relaying messages to members of staff. Occasionally may be required to meet and greet at reception desk. Supporting the transition to move from paper to online for HR and health and safety – Scanning documents, supporting with shredding of confidential docs
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Personal Qualities
Admin experience and confident on the telephone. Taking messages and using IT system. Marketing Materials for our events & social media. Creating a newsletter

To work within the policies of the hospice and within care standards at all times. Full support will be provided.
